Many people under estimate the amount of time and effort required to successfully organise a larger event. There are mountains of things to consider and book but what we constantly observe, is the fact that what ever has been organised, then needs to be confirmed, checked and re checked, to ensure it happens, and this is what takes the time, effort and quite often the stress.
This is why we will ensure that from the first point of contact we will find out what you would like to achieve, and then come up with solutions that satisfy your objectives. We will think of the issues that could arise and bounce ideas for the solution, until a suitable one is found.
Above all once we have agreed on a solution, you can consider it done!
Corporate Events and Award Ceremonies
Corporate Dinners with integrated award ceremonies are one of our favourites. You could even say our speciality!
What we love and our clients too, is the fun aspect. All to often meetings and conferences are ran on a "needs to basis", they can deliver important information but if the audience need to be there as part of work, the pre lunch lull can be quite obvious.
Audiences at Corporate Events are there because they want to be. It makes all the difference, and is the prefect opportunity to get out those flashy lights and pyrotechnics.
After all you wouldn't want to disappoint your eager audience.
Outdoor and Marquee Events
Outside events are one of our favorites but unfortunately with the Great British weather, not always predictable.
We have worked on a number of larger projects in marquees, including this years V Festival 2008 and for the third year running Hard Rock Calling.
Marquee and Outside events, have a whole new set of challenges to overcome, and with our experience we have come across most of them and found solutions.
